Reiki and Spiralism

So, I attended a Reiki workshop last weekend and learned the Reiki power symbol is a spiral (well, it's a little more than that, but mostly it is a spiral).

    I'm a Reiki Level II practitioner. I was very intrigued about that too. There are many other symbols to help focus your intent as well. Cho-ko-ray is still the fuel for the flow.
